We’re hiring a Founder Associate to help scale CROWN at a critical stage, working directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, and growth with potential involvement in upcoming fundraising.

What you'll do

Strategy & Project Management

• Work closely with the CEO to define and track strategic priorities
• Lead cross-functional projects across tech, marketing, finance, HR, and legal
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and early client development

Operations & Efficiency

• Improve internal processes to increase overall efficiency
• Support the implementation of CROWN’s solutions for clients
• Monitor eAuction performance and ensure strong execution
• Conduct deep dives into growth and operational challenges

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Track key performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs)
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate trends
• Build insights to support strategic decision-making

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare materials for investors and key stakeholders
• Ensure smooth internal communication and team alignment
